Let me start off by saying, I would give this office a BIG FAT "0" if this site would allow me too.  The administrative staff (particularly, the receptionist) in the clinton office is very rude!  The doctor, is non-responsive, was 10 mins late for my daughter's appointment and told that she could not be seen.  Upon arrival, I was told by the receptionist that they have a 15 min grace period; however, the doctor will not see your daughter because you were 10 mins. late. Aside from providing me with conflicting information, the receptionist went back and forth with me about being late.  Unprofessional and rude!  We all know that doctors don't see patients right away, generally, there is a waiting period.  So, for this doctor to refuse to see my daughter over 10 minutes just blows my mind!  I will not ever and you should not ever consider patronizing someone who oviously doesn't care about new patient perception or kids (per instructions, my daughter had to suffer through not being administered her allergy meds for 5 days and this office didn't care wanted to reschedule her and have suffer for 5 days again OVER 10 MINS!!!!)
