I made an appt for 11:30 and arrived at 11:25, around 12:10 (and after a lady who came in after me when in first) I asked the receptionist how much longer.  She states "2 people ahead of you".  I asked how is that possible if everyone sitting in here (completely full waiting room) came in after me.  She replies "Just because they were here after you doesn't mean their appt wasn't before yours.  So if you come late you still get to go before someone who has been sitting here for an hour already? Rude staff who overbook.
