Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I wanted to find a career that would allow me to give back to the community. I was also always fascinated with the sciences of the human body. What I want my patients to know about me: I enjoy taking care of the tiniest, sickest patients--nurturing them back to health while helping families cope and navigate through the intensity of a NICU stay. I work with a great group of people who are dedicated and love what they do. What I do when I'm not seeing patients: I spend my free time traveling all over the world. In the past, I have participated in many mission trips to under-served countries. This has given me an appreciation of the many privileges we experience here.
