I have been seeing Dr Schmidt for over 13 years. She is always straight to the point and gets to the business at hand but WILL spend the time needed IF you let her know you need something more. She is VERY compassionate and cares a great deal for people but does not have time for BS. She is a great dr.

This was one of the nastiest human beings I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.  She kept me waiting on my 2:30 appointment for almost an hour.  When I met the Doctor, she was rude and nasty.  I am flabbergasted that she actually holds a medical license.  Her compassion is a NEGATIVE 10 stars (if they had it) She was unbelievably rude to me and treated me like I was a drug addict looking for drugs.  I was ACTUALLY looking for anti-depressants and a Primary care physician.  She was more interested in giving me a pap-smear and speaking to me like I was the worst degenerate that ever walked into her office.  I don't know if she is jaded or just in a very bad mood, but this was honestly the WORST health care practitioner I have ever met!   I actually stopped her and said, "Wow, "  
       She flipped her head around and said, "What?" and I said, "I am very surprised by the reception I got from you,"  She then proceeded to refuse me service and walked me out of the office.  I asked if I could at least get pristiq (the anti-depressant I was seeking) and she refused.  This lady is strange, mean and abruptly rude.  I would avoid her AT ALL COSTS!  Hateful does not begin to describe it!
