I like Dr. Pasi. She is a kind, compassionate, well-meaning individual, all essentials for a pain-management specialist. But she is one woman managing what I believe to be a couple hundred patients with only a revolving door of support staff to assist her. If her support staff cared as much and invested as much of themselves as I believe she does, being under their collective care would be a much more pleasant experience. Recent challenges have included having to pester them for three months to even *request* (never mind obtain) prior authorization for a procedure, the wrong medication being sent to my pharmacy, the wrong dosage (both too high and too low) being sent to the pharmacy, and most recently, multiple unreturned phone messages. All these are handled by her office staff, and her office staff's lack of professionalism is what lowers the ratings of this review.
