Couldn’t get out of bed for 2-3 days, went to urgent care and was referred to this lady. She lacks professionalism, I’ve been out of work for 2 months. No treatment provided, was referred to Physical therapy Monday 6/14 and that’s it. Doctor clears me to return to work, while pain still persists! I can’t walk without ankle hurting, Dr. Sonya and nurse Wanda fine that’s ok. 
Never bother to provide a remedy yet MRI came back with the following results 

Impression:  Mild plantar fasciitis.  
Mild sprain, anterior talofibular ligament.  Mild tendinosis involving the distal Achilles tendon.

This lady is the worst, don’t waste your time or health!
