My husband has been going to this office for 18 years and has seen Dr. Parks twice. He doesn't go to the doctor much, but this year when he truly had a health problem, the PA did not explain tests or communicate to him well. Office staff is unhelpful and when you ask to speak to a Dr. to address you health issue they act as if you don't have a right to speak to your doctor. Horrible.we are leaving this practice. Not a good place to go when something serious is wrong with you.
