I saw Dr. Braun for radiation treatment.  Everyone else in the office was nice but this guy was to put it plainly, a stuck-up arrogant man who seemed to care more about the money he was going to make by seeing a bunch of patients in a day than taking care of each patient as a person.

During the first visit, I was actually supposed to see another doctor at the office but for whatever reason, Dr. Braun came in and he said he would be taking care of me.  That should have been the first tip off.  He then proceeded to tell me what he knew about me, not letting me speak and afterwards told me the plan.  Then he said, "so, if you have any questions, just ask the nurse and she can answer them."  Are you serious?  I'm a new patient and I don't even get to speak?  I got maybe 10 words in during the 4 minute visit.

He never asked me how I was coping.  He never asked about my family, which is in the medical record--I know because other doctors have mentioned it.  He never asked about my input on the treatment plan.  And he never offered to answer my questions himself.

I will NEVER EVER go to this guy again.  And please, if you have people who you love, do not let them go to him.  Go to Cox Hospital or somewhere else close to Springfield.  He is one of the worst doctors I have ever met and interacted with.
