I had an appointment scheduled with this doctor. A few minutes delay made her reschedule the appointment all together. Why was the delay? Because the Baylor Scott email provided the wrong directions in the appointment details. So instead of admitting it and considering ,we were refused to see by the Doctor even after explaining about the pain to the staff. It is an irony to see the lack of consideration in a field where there should be utmost empathy.Not recommended at all!

Took appointment today and got confirmation , when i reached their place they told they need to cancel. I asked reason , they didnt had except some vague. Really wasted my 2 hrs. Not recommended.
