Dr. Taylor James Nelson, MD

I visited this doctor at Logan Regional Budge Clinic Rheumatology. After reading his progress notes, I felt several of my symptoms were minimized or left out. Also I felt this provider is not lgbtq or diversity affirming as he stated wrong pronouns in a written response. He declined to amend the notes to reflect my reported symptoms which indicates his ego is too big to listen to patient’s concerns. He tends to write down “normal or full ROM” for symptoms he didn’t even examine, out of his scope, or were not even discussed. Officer manager never called me back to discuss my concern. If you want to avoid being marginalized or minimized with your health concerns, avoid this doctor.
