After trying to get an appointment at various dermatologists a last-minute cancellation opened up in Dr. Giannelli's schedule and I rushed over to his office. His staff was courteous, efficient and professional. I waited a short time to be seen by the doctor who quickly diagnosed my issue, which turned out to be benign. He was courteous and friendly and answered my questions. I would definitely use his services again and am relieved to have found a dermatologist who I will see again.

I strongly suggest you not to visit this person for treatment and to search elsewhere for a professional doctor who can provide professional care and advice. Unfortunately Mr Giannelli has little in the form of communication skills and is extremely rude. He shorts on appointment time and just walks out of the room when he thinks he's done. Part of the reason for this is that he's the only "doctor" that can see patients in the clinic and has to rush through people to avoid keeping people waiting. The system they have is to put people in separate patient rooms and give you the illusion that you're being seen, even though you'll be expected to wait even more after waiting already in the reception. He's very disorganized, and you have to explain everything again each time, and he doesn't take the time to even examine properly, basically just winging it, and not asking questions or asking you. This is making me pretty angry remembering my appointments, the high cost I paid, and the very little time I was given, so I'll stop. One illustration, after walking out of my appointment before I had the chance to ask some questions and leaving it to one of the nurses to finish up with me (even though she was not the person to answer my questions I had), I got up and walked back to the reception, to find him not with another patient, but bantering with one of the receptionists about coffee instead. They are also not diligent at calling you back and putting in prescription orders in a timely manner and I've always had to follow up repeatedly later.

Your experience might be different to mine, but this is my account of how they deal with people after going several times to seek medical treatment.
