Dr. Timbo came in and immediately remembered who we were-which always amazes me given how many patients he sees. He never once rushed, even while other children were crying in nearby rooms. He was patient, calm, and took the time to ease my anxiety while also handling my son's screaming with such professionalism and kindness.
