Dr. Yuki Takeuchi, MD

Dr. Yuki Takeuchi is a board-certified family physician specializing in geriatric medicine who provides compassionate, patient-centered care at Canal Park Family Medicine. He is dedicated to helping older adults age well through personalized care that supports their health, wellness, and quality of life. Dr. Takeuchi believes excellent care begins with listening and understanding what matters most to each patient. He takes a whole-person approach, considering physical, emotional, social, cultural, and family factors when developing care plans. He completed his medical degree at Asahikawa Medical University in Japan and advanced training in family and geriatric medicine through the University of Rochester Medical Center. Fluent in Japanese, Dr. Takeuchi is welcoming new patients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and cats, walking, reading, and making balloon art.
