Excellent doctor. Staff is very professional. Need to work on the waiting time.

First time going to this doctor and it was such a painful wait. The staff was all over the place and could not do much right with paper work. They are loud and very rude and inconsiderate. I waited over 2 hours just to be seen and I was shocked they did not even tell me my appointment would be with another person and not the doctor I had originally scheduled with and this person wasn't even a doctor herself. She (the person under the doctor?) also was not very helpful with the questions I had in regards to finding a treatment or guidance as to what the next steps would be to fix some health concerns I had. I felt like it was quite unprofessional that she said she told me she had the same issue and it is considered ok and I should not worry about it even though I was quite adamant about seeing a profession yet she did not refer me to another doctor. In the end I felt like I got cheated with my time and got fed up the support from this place that I decided not never come backl. Overall; just a terrible, unprofessional, tiresome experience.
