"Dr Farr is very good at what he does. He he has steady hands which is the most important quality when working on the my spine. He just recently did a surgery on my back and everything went very smoothly. There was only one hiccup which was no fault of their own and his patients were switched from Doctors Hospital in Manteca to Sutter in Tracy which may have caused some issues from some of his patients. However, my experience with Tracy Sutter was excellent and I could not have asked for a better place for my first time in a hospital surgery unit. Dr Farr's office staff is friendly and cares about their patients.However, they are extremely busy and can feel like they're not very friendly. Odette was great and listened to all the questions I had and took her time. I have a habit of paying attention while waiting, I noticed they had a lot of things going on behind the scenes . I recognized they have a big responsibility to make sure that things get taken care of and go smoothly for dr. Farr and his patients. I personally have only dealt with two people in the office so I'm not sure if there's anyone else that works in there. But if there are only two of them they are very efficient! I haven't had my follow-up visit yet however I'm sure that it's going to go good too. I'll do another update after everything is completed. I also had a great experience with their contracted company they use that came to my house for my back brace. And I don't say that lightly. I don't do many reviews but I wanted to make sure that if anyone has any concerns about this doctor, from my personal experience you're in great hands from the contractors they use, to this office staff and all the way up to Dr Farr."
