"I have been seeing this provider for the last several years. She has amazing bedside manners, listens to her patients and truly cares about treating them. I have experienced a significant reduction in symptoms and she continues to work hard to get all of the symptoms under control. The only unfortunate part of working with Dr. Delea is the office staff. They are not attentive, often rude and there is NO follow through or communication on their part. Getting a Prior authorization for a new medicine took months and required hours of my time trying to get the office staff to folllow through and return calls. Because Dr. Delea is so good I would recommend this practice in spite of the office staff."
