"Front desk staff were very cordial and pleasant answering my questions with ease. Dr. Snyder was in to see me right on time and proceeded to give me my annual Medicare Check up. She is wonderful. She Took time to get to know me and reviewed all my medical history with me as well as any current issues I was having. I got a real good vibe from her and she has a sense of humor too (very important). Dr. Snyder is now my new PCP. I also had a painless blood draw for a lab test or two."

Even though she is just one doctor in her practice, she is very patient, thorough and kind at each appointment. I have been taking my daughter there for almost 6 years and my son for 2.5. "

"My family has been going to Regency for over 15 years. Doctors Aziz and Patel are wonderful. The medical assistants are kind and caring. If you are in need of a diagnostic and knowledgeable primary physician Dr Aziz is simply the best. He’s kind, caring, listens to concerns, explains his approach, and answers any questions you have. He does not refer you to a specialist unless it’s necessary, explaining the tests he’s ordering and why. He can save you an extra appointment for an X-ray or ultrasound at times. If you are in need of an emergency appointment he will get you in. There’s a reason he has a lot of patients, GREAT QUALITY CARE, it’s hard to come by. I agree waiting is frustrating but once you, or a family member, need that emergency appointment you’ll be grateful. When you have a serious health condition, you’ll wait to see the best. "

"Only one year later, I am able to write about it. Sashi Saigal was my PCP. I had breathlessness in May 2017 which grew worse and worse. I went to see her in August and asked for a stress EKG since my resting EKG was normal. The symptoms grew worse and worse. I could not even walk to my car in the parking lot without stopping to catch my breath. I asked for a stress EKG but she asked me to wait until she came back from her vacation to India. I called Alexian hospital and had to push through the paperwork to have it done sooner. The stress EKG found 100%, 95% and 85% blockage in all 3 arteries. They refused to let me go home and tried to put in a stent. They were unsuccessful. The next morning I had 5X open heart bypass surgery. We informed her office and during my stay at the hospital we never received a single call from her. Instead they sent hospitalists who charged for a lot of unnecessary visits - something that could have been handled by the PCP. When I went back home,we visited her office for a followup checkup and whn I asked her why she never bothered to call us or inquire about us, she terminated me from her practice and said none of the other doctors in Amita would be allowed to see me either. Imagine, that! Here I am recovering from 5X heart bypass surgery and she causes me even more distress! This was my worst experience with a doctor in America and sadly, she is a fellow Indian."
