Only one year later, I am able to write about it. Sashi Saigal was my PCP. I had breathlessness in May 2017 which grew worse and worse.
I went to see her in August and asked for a stress EKG since my resting EKG was normal.
The symptoms grew worse and worse. I could not even walk to my car in the parking lot without stopping to catch my breath.
I asked for a stress EKG but she asked me to wait until she came back from her vacation to India.
I called Alexian hospital and had to push through the paperwork to have it done sooner. 
The stress EKG found 100%, 95% and 85% blockage in all 3 arteries. They refused to let me go home and tried to put in a stent.
They were unsuccessful. The next morning I had 5X open heart bypass surgery. We informed her office and during my stay at the hospital 
we never received a single call from her. Instead they sent hospitalists who charged for a lot of unnecessary visits - something that could have been handled by the PCP.
When I went back home,we visited her office for a followup checkup and whn I asked her why she never bothered to call us or inquire about us,
she terminated me from her practice and said none of the other doctors in Amita would be allowed to see me either.

Imagine, that! Here I am recovering from 5X heart bypass surgery and she causes me even more distress!

This was my worst experience with a doctor in America and sadly, she is a fellow Indian.
