"My appointment was 12:45. Arrived 12:30. Door was locked and sign said out to lunch until 1:00. When I returned the office staff said it was after one and I was more than ten minutes late. I told her my watch said 12.46. My mother who is a patient and recommended her called and asked about the sign saying out till one. She was informed that the sign was taken down and I was late. The time was 1:01 on her phone as she was speaking to her and my mother asked her to check their clocks because something was clearly off. The staff refused to admit that their clock could be wrong and made no mention that they would check the clock. Very uncaring that I missed a days work for this appointment. And by the way both myself and my mother were using our i phone for the time. "
