"Dr. Duffy may be a great doctor, but he might need to consider changing his office staff. Very rude phone skills. I am new to the area and had an ER incident and was told I needed to do a follow up and they recommended Dr. Duffy. I was so happy to find that he was "in network" for my insurance, since I am from out of state. I called this morning and his receptionist/scheduler made an appointment for three days out, THEN she asked for my primary care physician and I said I needed to establish with Dr. Duffy since I was new to the area. All of a sudden I have no appointment and he's not taking new patients. If that were the case, then the first question she should have asked was, "are you a patient of Dr. Duffy". Welcome to Seiling...... By the way the only other doctor in town is out of network for me. The closest medium size town is 30 miles away and large city is 100 miles."
