First appointment was great. I was seen quickly and Dr. Pritchett asked lots of questions.  However, as I tried to get treatment and adjust medications it was impossible to speakk to a person when you called and getting a call back took days. Dr. wasn't motivated to work to find the right medication.  Was also overbilled (charged for in person visit instead of teledoc for one appointment).
