This was my second visit to Dr. Eisenberg. I went about a year ago and the experience was much different. I was asked to get there 15 minutes ahead of my appointment, which I did. I was taken into the patient room on time, but had to wait quite a while before the doctor came in to see me. After he had been there for 15 - 20 minutes, he was called out to talk to another patient. I understand I am not his only patient, but I was a little annoyed. This time, I was asked to get to my appointment 45 minutes ahead of my appointment, which I did. I got into the room before my appointment time and the doctor was in the room before my appointment time as well. The doctor was very friendly for both visits, but this visit was a much better experience than last time!

Not only can I comment that Dr. Eisenberg Himself as well as His Staff Provided Good Service But Better than Good...Beyond the Call of Duty! You see I was Late...my Accident. However They Accepted me the Same Time I Called when usually it's a Rescheduled Appointment! Kind Courteous Prompt though I was late & Professional. Apologizing to Dr. E...made No Problem of it. He Always Displays a Great Bedside Manner Superiority Toward My Needs/Health with Pertinent Advise. My PCP Always Refer me to the BEST SPECIALISTS...& Dr. EISENBERG is one of them. Thank you for this Opportunity. Happy Holidays...They made mine Bright!!!

This is only the 2nd time I've seen Dr Eisenberg and I was disappointed. I had to wait just about an hour to get in. The nurse seemed angry that I was there -- she asked a bunch of questions and then left, never even doing an EKG. Dr Eisenberg seemed tired and rushed (It was the end of the day by the time I got in).All in all not a pleasant experience.

Occasional I have to wait a bit for Dr. Eisenberg, to me this is acceptable. Dr. Eisenberg is a cardiologist, when people need him, they may not be able to wait. For a routine checkup, I can wait or reschedule. Should I find myself in a circumstance requiring Dr. Eisenberg' s attention, I have complete confidence he'll be there.

I always enjoy my visits with Dr Eisenberg. If something needs attention, he takes care of it. If everything is good, we have a nice talk. (On a side note re clerical staff, the young ladies at the check-in desk this time were much friendlier and courteous than the last couple years. Good job in hiring/training!)

Dr.Eisenberg is the greatest. He cares and gives you an idea of an endgame for your health and expresses his genuine concern for my wellbeing. I truly enjoy my appointments w him and he always is real w me and makes me laugh. I'd give three thumbs up, but I only have two.

The doctor was behind due to a previous emergency. The medical assistant explained he was behind. Then the doctor popped in twice to explain he was behind and would see me shortly. It was so refreshing to be kept up to date re: the wait time. Fantastic patient experience!
